Women’s Clinic - Gynaecology Department

Our research activities focus on various aspects of gynecology, including benign conditions (including hysteroscopic examination) such as endometriosis and vulvar pathology, as well as pelvic oncology and HPV related disorders. In addition, we study breast oncology and explore innovative treatment modalities, such as uterine transplantation and (intra-uterine) contraceptives, to provide new options for patients. The impact of menopause on the female body and possible interventions are also part of our extensive research focus.
