We develop advanced therapies in assisted reproduction technology to increase birth rates and shorten the time to pregnancy. 

Specialized teams conduct fundamental and clinical research in oncofertility, preimplantation genetic testing, diminished ovarian response, recurrent implantation failure, failed fertilization/oocyte maturation/embryo development, social freezing, surrogacy, and single parenthood. 

We combine clinical expertise with innovative approaches to provide optimal and future-oriented reproductive care.

• Professional clinical IVF lab, equipped with microscopy and micromanipulation, time lapse incubators
• Ghent-Fertility And Stem cell Team (G-FaST): research lab equipped with microscopy and micromanipulation, confocal microscopy, animal facility, with unique expertise in novel IVF techniques such as Nuclear Transfer, CRISPR/Cas gene editing in the germline, pluripotent stem cells, genetic screening of cells and embryos
