Rheumatology

Our prospective multidisciplinary patient follow-up programmes (care pathways) for patients with various rheumatic conditions (including rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome, systemic sclerosis, spondyloarthritis and myositis) enable us to collect data in a standardised manner, with the aim of learning more about clinical presentations and risk factors and working towards personalised treatment. These care pathways identify patients who may benefit from our clinical trials involving potentially promising medications. Applied innovative research bridges the gap to our laboratory research.
