CORE CTC² has a main goal to provide and centralize all relevant basic equipment and expertise within the domain of tissue and cell culture of human origin (or animal models representing human disease).
Services
- Biosafety Level II, Cell Culture Lab “Seat” consisting of:
- Operational and validated LAF (Laminar Airflow Cabinet)
- CO₂ incubator
- Centrifugation (low speed)
- Equipment for liquid handling (micropipettes and pipette controller)
- Conventional microscope for visualization and inspection of cultures
- Incubation baths (water or other, depending on availability)
