The department of Cardiology performs research in the field of vascular disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy and arrhythmia.
With a strong focus on innovation diagnostic and therapeut strategies are developed for aorta pathology, hypertension, left bundle branch induced heart failure, conduction system pacing, implantable defibrillators, valvular regurgitation and pulmonary hypertension.
Through multidisciplinary collaboration and integration of advanced technologies the department strives for future proof and personalized management of the cardiovascular patient.
